In June, 2013 Pakistani women cricketers claimed on a TV show that they were sexually harassed by  Multan Cricket Club (MCC) Chairman Sultan Alam and selector Mohammad Javed. After that PCB formed a committee which started investigation. PCB committee has handed six months ban to five women cricketers.

According to PCB spokesman when committee asked about sexual harassment three women cricketers denied of having been sexually harassed whereas two other women cricketers declined to present their case. Three women cricketers also stated that they have never seen any sexual harassment taking place.

+ Pakistan women cricketers in the recent past have performed well at international level but this issue brought some bad name for women cricket in Pakistan.
